Blake House private offices are ready to go. Rooms to fit from one to 15 people are already fully decorated, with CAT 5 cabling, Dark Fibre Connection and VOIP telephone capability. Just move in and get to work. Our licences are short term, flexible and start from £395 a month.
We include all of the amenities and features you would expect in a top-class working environment. Our team is dedicated to providing you with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and productive as possible.
Your rent includes the cost of Gas, Electricity and Water, as well as all the other everyday things, like Tea, Coffee, Milk and Loo Rolls. We also cover the cost of cleaning all the communal areas. We provide the Connectivity throughout the building, and you can pay separately for whichever Internet and phone package suits you best. Our packages start from £20 a month.
As a Blake House tenant, you have access to all the meetings rooms and break out spaces at any of our sites. Some free use is included in your lease each month, with a half price rate after that.
