Our warm and friendly environment is more like a home than a typical office space. At our Blake Street and Bootham sites, there are waiting spaces available outside many of our rooms, which makes it easy for clients to wait.

Rooms are already decorated, and you can add your own furnishings to suit your needs.Your rent includes the cost of heating, electricity and water, as well as everyday things like tea, coffee and milk. We also cover the cost of cleaning in the communal areas, and private rooms cleans can be organised by arrangement.
