Virtual tenants can use a Blake House address as their own business address, receive post and have this forwarded on once or twice a week if required.
Blake House virtual tenants receive a permanent half price discounted rate from just £12.50 per hour.
Meeting room bookings are invoiced monthly in arrears and you can book up to 6 months in advance. We also offer a discount for multiple companies, please email us for further information.
Blake House Tenants are invited to attend all our events and social gatherings, giving you the chance to mingle with York’s best and brightest small businesses!
We don’t believe in giving you a PO box or tray number, so you get the full address for your business. This means if you decide to take office space in the future, you conveniently keep the same address.
Having a mailbox and picking up your post is FREE of charge.
Alternatively, add one of the following services:
+ £10 per month for mail forwarding once a week
+ £15 per month for mail forwarding twice a week
+ £5 per month to register Blake House as your official Companies House Address
